Epic Insider Club Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Epic Insider Club is a lifetime membership available for a one-time fee. Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the registered member.
2. Trip Discount Use
Epic Insider Club members receive one trip discount that is available immediately upon joining.
- The trip discount must be applied to a trip booking made within the first 12 months of Insider membership.
- Travel may occur after the 12-month booking window, subject to trip availability.
- The trip discount is forfeited if not used within the initial 12-month eligibility period.
Membership start date is defined as the date payment is successfully processed.
3. Non-Transferable Benefits
Epic Insider Club membership, discounts, and benefits are non-transferable and must be used by the registered member only.
4. Subject to Availability
All trip discounts and benefits are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Due to limited group sizes, early booking is recommended.
- Epic Beer Trips reserves the right to close booking for trips that reach capacity.
5. No Cash Value
Trip discounts and membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, refunds, or credits.
6. Discount Stacking Policy
Charter Members of the Epic Insider Club may apply more than one Insider trip discount per trip. During the first year of the club, the Insider trip discount may be combined with Veteran Beer Tripper perks outlined in the Epic Rewards Program.
Additionally: The Insider trip discount may be combined with Early Bird Pricing and Referral Bonus credits where applicable.
7. Fees & Refund Policy
The Epic Insider Club membership fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once processed.
8. Program Changes
Epic Beer Trips reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Epic Insider Club and its benefits at any time.
Any changes will not affect confirmed trip bookings or discounts already applied.
