Epic Beer Trips is the perfect name for this!  Kurt does an amazing job of finding the balance between planned activities and free time. It’s so nice to have a daily activity where all you have to do is show up at the right time because Kurt handles all the transportation and tickets. Every brewery we visited was delightful and owners/brewers were wonderful. It’s a low stress way to get to explore another country. I recommend Epic Beer Trips to everyone who will listen. I can’t wait to go on my next trip with Kurt to England!

Our trip to Ireland with Kurt was amazing. The accommodations were in great locations. The attractions were within walking distance. It was a great mix of planned activities coupled with just enough free time to enjoy individual activities. Loved the “Russ Bus” transportation! I would highly recommend the trip to others.

This is the first Epic Beer trip I’ve been on and hope it is not my last. I had a great time and tried a lot of fantastic beers, eat great food and saw interesting and photogenic sites along the west coast of Ireland. The other folks on the trip were all great people which contributed to the wonderful experience. Kurt is very knowledgeable and had pre-scouted out stops which gave us plenty of stops to keep us busy. Russ, our driver and local Ireland expert was efficient and very willing to share a lot of background on our visits and answer questions about any aspect of Ireland we were interested in. I would do this trip again in a heartbeat.

First off let me say that working with Kurt was a joy! He was always willing to answer questions and was very accessible before we left for Ireland. This being our first Epic Beer Trip with Kurt, we were not sure that we would be able to enjoy Ireland’s beauty and meet the locals on a 7-day beer trip. Rest assured, we were amazed at the beauty we saw and the Irish hospitality we experienced. Kurt’s itinerary was a great mix of Irish outdoor sites and wonderful local pubs. Aboard the “Russ Bus” driver Russ added to Kurt’s Irish knowledge and let us experience the sport of Hurling. With great travel companions Bruce, Jim and Theresa, this was a trip that will be hard to match! We had such a great time, we’ll be going on an Epic Beer Trip with Kurt in 2026!
